RelayRouter has operated at relayrouter.io since March 2026. Everything we run lives on that domain or one of its subdomains:

relayrouter.ai is not RelayRouter

The domain relayrouter.ai was registered on 18 August 2026, five months after relayrouter.io went live, and is operated by COGNIS AI PTE. LTD., a company with no connection to us. The service at that domain shares no accounts, API keys, balances, infrastructure or support with RelayRouter. Purchases or top-ups made there are not RelayRouter purchases, and we are unable to help with them.

We do not operate relayrouter.ai, relayrouter.com or any other domain under this name. If a page, invoice or message under the RelayRouter name does not point at relayrouter.io, it did not come from us.

About the "RelayRouter has switched sites" notices

Since late August 2026, posts titled along the lines of "Important notice: RelayRouter has switched to a new platform, please use the new site" have appeared on third-party blog platforms. They were not written by us. The accounts behind them were created after August 2026, and the sign-up links they carry point at relayrouter.ai with promotional tracking parameters. RelayRouter has not moved, has no "new platform", and nothing needs migrating: your console, API endpoint, API keys, balance and usage history are exactly where they were.

How to verify you are on the real RelayRouter

The address bar ends with relayrouter.io before the first slash.
Your API key only works against https://relayrouter.io/v1; a key issued elsewhere is not a RelayRouter key.
Live prices are published only at relayrouter.io/models and relayrouter.io/pricing.
When in doubt, write to support@relayrouter.io before paying anyone.
